Speech on Modern Education
Good morning everyone.
The story ‘The Fun They Had’ makes us think about the future of education. While Margie had a mechanical teacher, I believe the best way to educate students is through a blended approach—using both human teachers and robotic technology.
I prefer this combination for several reasons. First, a robotic teacher is excellent for efficiency. It can store vast amounts of data, provide instant feedback, and allow students to learn at their own individual pace without getting tired. It is perfect for technical subjects and repetitive practice.
However, a human teacher is irreplaceable because of empathy and social interaction. A robot cannot understand a student’s emotions or provide moral guidance. Human teachers inspire us, encourage teamwork, and help us develop social skills that are essential for life.
while robots can provide us with information, human teachers provide us with wisdom. By using both, we can get the best of both worlds—becoming technologically advanced while remaining socially connected and emotionally strong.
Thank you.
