Question
How is ultrasound used for cleaning?
Answer
Ultrasound cleaning process:
Objects to be cleaned are placed in a cleaning solution.
High-frequency ultrasonic waves are sent into the solution.
These waves cause high-frequency vibrations that detach particles of dust, grease, and dirt from hard-to-reach places (like spiral tubes or odd-shaped parts).
The detached dirt drops out, leaving the object thoroughly cleaned.
